Florida Woman and Boyfriend Charged in Robbery
A Florida woman wearing lingerie allegedly lured a man into her boyfriend’s apartment, where the couple robbed him.
Nicholas Lavallee and Anne Aksell face charges of robbery, grand theft of a motor vehicle, first-degree battery, and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. They allegedly stole the man’s keys, phone, and wallet.
According to charging documents obtained by Law & Crime, Aksell, 29, and Lavallee, 20, worked with at least two other men to commit the robbery at an Orlando apartment complex last week.

The victim told sheriff’s deputies he followed Aksell on Instagram. They began messaging each other but stopped about two weeks ago.
Another man then started messaging him through Aksell’s account. He identified himself as her boyfriend and told the victim to stay away.
Aksell’s account later messaged the victim, saying she had broken up with her boyfriend and invited him over.
The victim drove to her apartment and saw Aksell coming down the stairs in lingerie. He followed her up the stairs.
As they reached the third floor, a voice told him not to move while holding a gun. The victim recognized Lavallee.
He tried to escape down the stairs, but two men blocked his way. One held an axe, and the other had a knife.
One attacker put him in a chokehold while the others beat him. During the attack, someone took his phone, wallet, and keys to his Jeep.
The victim managed to free himself and ran away, but two attackers chased him. One hit him over the head with the blunt side of an axe.
He quickly got back up, thinking he was about to die.
The victim jumped a fence and found a woman walking her dog. She called 911 and got him help.
